The number of Coronavirus strains in CoVdb has increased to 3926. Annotation informations including taxonomy, collection data and host are unified. Meanwhile, analysis tools for mutiple strains are developed.

The downloading and analysis tools are updated. In the search list, users can choose to select multiple strains and then download their sequences and annotations. With the selected strains, users also can view genomic/proteomic alignments or do online population genetic analysis.

The number of Coronavirus strains in CoVdb has increased to 2965 after including data from NCBI nucleotide database. Meanwhile, to faciliate users to do online researches, DNA Alignment Brower, Protein Alignment Browser and Population Genetic analysis tools were added.

Feb 5, 2020

The development of CoVdb (Coronavirus database) is completed. With 104 published genomes from NCBI Genome database, the platform offers tools to search, acuquire information and online analysis for Coronavirus.
