Mar 10, 2020The number of Coronavirus strains in CoVdb has increased to 2965 after including data from NCBI nucleotide database. Meanwhile, to faciliate users to do online researches, DNA Alignment Brower, Protein Alignment Browser and Population Genetic analysis tools were added.
Feb 5, 2020The development of CoVdb (Coronavirus database) is completed. With 104 published genomes from NCBI Genome database, the platform offers tools to search, acuquire information and online analysis for Coronavirus.
